I was sent the wrong product or my product is faulty
Despite our best efforts, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have been sent an incorrect item, an item has been missed from your order, or you believe you have a faulty item, please contact us directly at email@example.com or 0800 386 886.
For faulty items, please email us with your order number, the product you’re referring to, a description of the fault, washing methods used, and relevant photographs. We will thoroughly inspect the reported defect before verifying if this is a fault.
Please note that this policy does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper laundering.
Products that have been modified or tampered with.
Normal wear and tear.
In the case of a missed, incorrect, or faulty item, in most cases we will resend a new, correct item to you and if applicable, include a prepaid return bag for you to return any incorrect or faulty item back to us. If you’d prefer a refund or store credit for a missed, incorrect, or faulty item, we will retrieve the item from you and provide the refund/credit. In the case of a refund, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
