How does it work?
Simply take an order through to checkout as usual, then once you've entered an Auckland shipping address, Click and Collect will come up as a FREE shipping option. Select the Click and Collect option and complete your order.
Once we have fulfilled your order, we will send you an email or text to let you know it is ready for collection.
Please ring the doorbell when you arrive and have your name or order number ready.
Where do I collect my order?
The pickup address is at our office at Unit 3, 2 Westech Place, Glen Eden, Auckland
Do you charge for click & collect?
No. Click and Collect is a free service!
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
If we have all your items in stock and no items are preordered, your order will be packed and ready in as little as 10 minutes. We will let you know if there is any reason why your order might take longer than expected.
I can't find the building
We are in the next driveway after Supercheap Auto on Westech Place.
Look for the third unit, with a white Babu sign.
If you arrive and still can't find us, we can help you over the phone.
