Washing & Care
Washing
For the first few washes, turn the item inside out and shake free any loose fluff.
- Machine or hand wash at 30°C max
- Use a wool-approved liquid detergent
- Turn the garment inside out to reduce pilling
- Place in a delicates wash bag if you have one
Avoid using laundry powder, soaking, bleaching, wringing, dry cleaning, or stain removers, as these practices can accelerate the biodegradation of Merino, causing holes.
Drying
We recommend air-drying merino. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as it can reduce the fabric's soft feel and may cause shrinkage.
Additionally, keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent any fading or discolouration.

ABOUT THE FABRIC
Our merino fleece is a unique fabric that we first developed in 2015 and have been improving on each year.
Our merino fleece looks and feels like soft sweatshirting on the outside, and has a beautiful brushed and fluffy finish on the inside. Consisting of 83% merino wool, and 17% elastane, our fleece is a Woolmark certified wool rich blend. The elastane has been an improvement we’ve made to the fabric over recent years, to provide a comfortable stretch. Enjoy all of the incredible natural benefits that our lush merino wool has to offer, with the timeless look of sweatshirting, all while being machine washable and easy to care for. With superior softness, breathability, temperature regulation, moisture and odour control, merino is the perfect choice for little adventurers.

All of our merino meets the strict Woolmark standards of exacting quality, traceability and eco-friendly production. It also meets the OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, designed to ensure textile products are free from harmful substances.

Soft, warm and kind on the skin. Never itchy, our superfine merino wool fabric keeps kids comfy all year round. It’s hypoallergenic, wicks away moisture and regulates their temperature. And it’s durable, making it perfect for everyday basics.
19.5 micron fibres for incredible softness
Not all merino is created equal. The wool fibres in our all-natural merino fabrics are categorised as Extra Fine, with a diameter of 18.5 microns or less in our Basics range and 19.5 microns or less in our heavier weight outerwear.
Conveniently machine washable
Our Woolmark certified merino is approved for machine washing, meeting their strict performance standards for fibre content, colour fastness to light and liquid, durability, and laundry testing.

Parenting small children has enough complications. We look for ways to make our clothing practical, durable and easy for kids with features like double ended zips, reinforced domes, or built-in mittens.
